Compare Bumkins' Silicone Little Dipper 3-Pack and Combo 2 Pack on shape variety, piece count, and price per dipper to pick the right toddler sauce container.
Quick answer
Choose the Silicone Little Dipper 3-Pack: Lollipop if you want three dippers in three shapes for picky eaters; choose the Silicone Little Dipper Combo 2 Pack: Magenta Jelly if you need just two dippers and want the lowest entry price.
Piece count and shape variety
The 3-Pack gives you three dippers in three fun shapes and shades of pink and purple. The Combo 2 Pack gives you two dippers in two fun shapes and complementary shades, including blue jelly and green jelly. If your child likes choosing a shape at each meal, the 3-Pack offers more variety; if you only need a backup or a single serving, the 2 Pack keeps the set smaller.
Price per dipper
At the listed catalog prices, the 3-Pack works out to about $2.83 per dipper, while the 2 Pack works out to about $2.99 per dipper. The difference is small, so let the number of dippers you will actually use decide rather than the per-piece savings.
Attachment and cleaning
Both sets are designed to attach sauces, dressing, small sides, and purees to the side of Bumkins dishware and most edged dishes at home or on the go. Both are made of food-grade silicone and are reusable, so you can wash and reuse them. Neither listing specifies dishwasher or microwave suitability, so check the packaging or care instructions before assuming either is safe in those appliances.
Trade-offs to weigh
- More shapes vs. smaller set: The 3-Pack offers three shapes and shades, which suits children who like variety, but it also means more pieces to store and wash. Count how many dippers you will use in a day before choosing the larger set.
- Lower entry price vs. lower price per dipper: The Combo 2 Pack has the lower total price, while the 3-Pack has the lower price per dipper at the listed catalog prices. If you only need two dippers, the 2 Pack avoids paying for an extra piece you may not use.
- Color preference: The 2 Pack comes in blue jelly and green jelly, while the 3-Pack comes in pink and purple shades. Let your child's color preference break a tie when piece count does not matter.
