The fork tines actually pierce through soft pasta instead of just smushing it, which was our big struggle before. My 18-month-old uses the concave spoon head like a little shovel and hardly anything ends up on the floor now.
My toddler finally gets a decent scoop of yogurt without it sliding off the spoon. The stainless steel heads feel sturdy but the fork tines are gentle enough for his mouth.
The concave spoon heads actually hold the food instead of dumping it, which means way less mess on the high chair tray. My toddler figured out the fork on the first try since the tines are sized for little hands.
